npower today announced that it has appointed Debbie Britton to the post of Director of Customer Marketing.

“Debbie joins the industry at a time when it faces many challenges on many different fronts. Perhaps our most important challenge is to re-engage with consumers to rebuild levels of trust. I have no doubt we have the team in place at npower to begin that journey.”
Debbie Britton, director of customer marketing at npower said;

Debbie has a significant amount of experience across all aspects of Customer Marketing; drawn mainly from a career based in financial services with companies such as AXA, where she was Strategic Marketing Director, responsible for UK brand strategy, research, data and customer segmentation.
Debbie Britton will be joining npower on 1 February 2012.
